July is almost upon us which means there will be a host of new slot games released into the market.
Online casinos love new content, and we know you do too.
That’s why we have plucked out some of the top new titles that are soon to be released and we’re particularly excited about.
We think that you will love these new online slot releases for July, to starting with a trip to Ancient Egypt.
Curse of the Mummies – Blue Guru Games
Blue Guru Games bring you their third release in as many months, Curse of the Mummies a horror slot set in Ancient Egypt.
The game is played on five reels and three rows and includes 243 ways to win.
While it is true that there is shortage of games set in the Egyptian past, Curse of the Mummies aims to stand out from the crowd by focusing on the creepier side of the theme, delivering up mummies who have risen from the crypt in order to get their revenge on the living.
In the base game, payouts are awarded when at least three matching symbols hit on adjacent reels from the first reel onwards.
Spins in this highly volatile game cost a low of 25p and a high of £100, while it also boasts an RTP rate of 95.73%.
As with most slots of this theme, the lower paying icons include ankhs, lotus flowers, scorpions, and cobras.
What’s different this time around however is that at the higher end of the pay table we have four creepy looking mummy characters.
There is also a golden scarab wild which can substitute for all other symbols except the red and green gemmed temple scatters.
The game’s bonus round is called Rise from the Crypt and can trigger on any spin.
As soon as this feature gets started, a symbol will be randomly transformed into a scatter or wild.
Finally, there are free spins to be won.
Fifteen in fact, and these are awarded when scatters land on all five reels.
Each of the scatters that activated the feature and are on show help to build a multiplier that is applied to every win you make during the bonus round.
Regular scatters carry 1 X, 2 X, 3 X, 4 X and 5 X, whereas super scatters are worth 10 X.
When the round is over, the total is tallied up.
The bonus round can be retriggered by landing five scatter symbols.
This is rewarded with five additional free spins and for each retrigger every new scatter adds an extra 1 X, 2 X, 3X or 5 X to the win multiplier.
Taco Brothers Derailed – ELK Studios
Set south of the border, down Mexico way, the Taco Brothers return, this time Derailed in a slot that is played on a six reel, four row grid that features 466 paylines.
This game, which is the third in a Taco Brothers series, is brought to you by ELK Studios and has a 10,000 X the bet winning potential as well as an 95% RTP rate.
Betting options range from 20p to £100 a spin and wins occur when you make a connecting line of three, four, five or six matching symbols across successive reels starting with reel one.
Play begins with a neatly animated introduction to the game’s back story which rolls time back to 1892 and takes place in the small and newly liberated town of Santa Maria in Mexico.
Then, Evil Captain Diaz arrives by train on the new railway, sparking off a gold rush in the process.
Before the captain can get his hands on the gold, however, three brothers – Pepe, Paso and Pico – turn up to save the day.
On the reels the symbols that you will be playing with include lower value maracas, whistles, ram skulls, lanterns and gold safes.
As you might expect, the three higher paying symbols are represented by the trio of Taco Brothers with Paso the best paying symbol with three, four, five or six of these in a combination awarding 2 X, 5 X, 10X or 50 X your total stake.
Also in play are Captain Diaz and Señorita symbols as well as a standard wild that substitutes for all symbols except the Taco Brothers bonus, a Walking Wild Taco Brother and a Walking Multiplier Wild.
Taco Brother symbols can come in the form of walking wilds in this game and when they do they will activate the Walking Wilds respins feature.
Shifting one space to the left, these wilds will turn any corresponding Taco Brother symbol into wilds.
The respins will continue until all of the walking wilds have exited on the left.
You can also land walking multiplier wilds which are basically the same thing but with added multipliers for extra value.
When you land three Taco Brothers bonus symbols anywhere on the final five reels you will trigger the game’s Taco Train Heist feature.
This bonus round moves from outside the train to inside and each of the Taco Brother walking wilds will walk across the reels delivering respins.
The Taco Brother walking wilds come with random multipliers attached and can turn corresponding Taco Brother symbols wild when they show up.
Should Captain Diaz show up, he will take one of the Taco Brother walking wilds as his prisoner.
He can be freed, however, by another symbol, the Señorita, who will either unlock the imprisoned Taco Brother or drag that symbol back to reel six to give you more respins.
The Señorita and Captain Diaz can also prevent Captain Diaz from locking the Taco Brother walking wilds up should they both land on the same respin.
She will then also become a wild symbol.
If you trigger this feature with four Taco Brother bonus symbols, you’ll play the enhanced version, the Taco Smash N’ Grab feature.
Here, the Taco Brothers walking wilds and walking multiplier wilds from right to left until they drop off the leftmost reel.
During this round, Captain Diaz is wild and wont be able to send the brothers to prison but the Señorita will still be able to deliver additional respins by pulling the walking wild Taco Brothers back to reel six.
Again, these respins will stop when all of the walking wild Taco Brothers have disappeared from the reels.
Karen Maneater – No Limit City
Slot game developers No Limit City are famed for creating and releasing some of the more unusually and imaginatively designed slots that you are likely to come across.
There are no plans to change anything soon for the summer of 2022 as their latest release is one of their craziest yet.
In Karen Maneater, we get to meet the title character and her raccoon gang who, after dealing with all the managers, are looting the town to establish order.
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world and comes on a six reel grid set up with rows set up in a 2-3-3-3-3-3 formation.
Spins can range from 10p all the way up to £70 and there are more than 486 win lines to shoot for in a game that has a max win of 11,757 X your total stake per spin and an RTP rate of 96%.
In order to generate a payout, you will need to land three or more matching symbols on successive reels, starting from reel one.
These symbols will include low value symbols such as toilet paper, beer mugs, syringes, batteries and AK-47 rifles.
These are all joined on the reels by higher value symbols which include a man with a beard, a drunken redneck, a steroid junkie, a demonic Shaman and, of course, Karen herself.
Naturally, Karen is the highest paying symbol with three, four, five or six of her worth 0.5 X, 0.7 X, 1 X or 3 X your total bet.
The wild in this game is represented by the gas canister and substitutes for each of the previously mentioned symbols.
The gas canister is the wild symbol while the other symbols you are likely to come across are xWays and Raccoon scatters.
As for the setting, we can see numerous remains of American landmarks behind the grid plus a fast food restaurant.
To the left of the grid Karen herself appears on a KME (KFC) chicken bucket.
There are also a number of features in Karen Maneater you should know about.
The free spins round comes in the form of a Bonus Meal and is triggered by catching three or four racoon scatters on the middle four reels.
The Value Bonus Meal will deliver seven free spins with three Sticky xWays symbols but the supersized Deluxe Bonus Meal brings with it 10 Free Spins and four Sticky xWays symbols.
When the round begins, the raccoons turn into Sticky xWays burgers and these increase by 1 X in size after every winning free spin up to a maximum of 42 high.
Look out for Infectious Wilds on reel six as these will nudge to the lowest position increasing the multiplier as they go.
If one of those symbols on the last reel is affected by an Infectious xWays symbol, then the value of the multiplier will double.
When the xWays symbols appear, they turn into a randomly chosen symbol and reveal a symbol of 2-4 in size increasing the amount of ways to win.
Infectious xWays symbols are restricted to landing on the first reel only and can show a symbol of 2-7 in size.
When this happens, it will affect all other instances of the randomly selected symbol to become 2-7 in size.
