Ted Bingo Review
You might remember the Mark Wahlberg film, Ted, with the grossly offensive talking teddy bear? Believe it or not, this bingo site was originally themed off that film and its sequel.
The site has rebranded now so you would never know, the bear logo looks nothing like the character in the film these days, but that’s how it started.
Bizarre origin stories aside, this is a bingo site well worth knowing about.
The brand is owned by Rank, who also own Mecca, but the site itself runs on Broadway gaming’s Dragonfish network, so you get access to all of the good stuff created by them.
This includes a huge variety of bingo rooms, excellent offers, promotions, rewards and prizes, not to mention a very good selection of slot games on the side.
It’s the perfect site for bingo fans who like bagging a bonus and dabbling in casino games, but don’t want to be burdened with any of the other stuff some bigger sites try to upsell.
Bingo Overview
There is an awful lot of variety between rooms at Ted Bingo, and that makes it feel like a much bigger site than it really is.
I don’t mean in terms of navigation, that stuff is all super simple, but because every room is genuinely a different experience, it feels like there is a lot of content to try.
The games are all 90-ball or 75-ball variations, but the in-game features and designs make each of the 15+ rooms feel very unique.
You might find 1TG and 2TG jackpots offering small prizes for players who got so close but yet so far, and you will certainly find a lot of progressive jackpots. Then there are the really unique rooms such as the mystery jackpot which reveals a payout of between £10 and £500 10 seconds before the game that must be won. Another example would be Suit Up, a bingo game base on a pack of cards (so 52-ball I suppose, but this is the only one).
There are rooms that pay out in free spins on your favourite slots rather than in cash (higher value payout but not guaranteed cash), and there is even a room that only opens very occasionally but has a seven figure jackpot. Try finding that sort of potential at other bingo sites!
You can expect to pay between 2p and £1 per ticket depending on the room you choose.

Since Ted operate using Dragonfish software, you will have no problems depositing and withdrawing money.
These guys have been in the biz for the longest time, so their systems and processes are fine tuned and well oiled, and their payment partners are all firmly established.
There are no fees at any point, money held in your account is protected to a higher standard than the company are legally obliged to provide, and processing times tend to be much faster than their stated maximums.
Prizes
Another great benefit of bingo-ing with Ted, is the volume of offers, bonuses and prizes on offer.
I’m talking about daily free spins, deposit codes that make your money stretch further, a recommend a friend scheme and other promotions that come up as and when.
They have also introduced a trophy reward system in recent times. This sees players earn trophies for things as simple as logging on and depositing on a specific day, and as challenging as winning specific amounts on specific games in a single day.
Once unlocked these trophies contribute towards your progress in accessing a spin of the prize wheel, which holds special goodies within.
Then there are the free bingo rooms. They have 6 in total, with the last offering prizes worth £500, but you have to earn access to each additional room so they are a reward system for all intents and purposes.
It’s not difficult to get access to the first few though, so even casual players can get a bit extra.
Slots Casino
I will just quickly mention the casino too. I know it’s not the main focus for most bingo fans but it’s a good optional extra.
The addition of a slot casino doesn’t get in the way of the bingo at all, the games are kept separate and you can easily bypass them if you like. This doesn’t make it more difficult to get to the bingo in terms of navigation.
As always, some side games can be accessed while you are enjoying your bingo, but the majority are a click away in the casino.
You’ve got jackpots, 5 reelers, 3 reelers, every theme imaginable under the sun, Megaways and more. There are around 500 different titles so if you can’t find something that appeals to you then chances are you are very difficult to please.
The filtering options make browsing much easier, and the game library is constantly updated so you should have access to the newest and most exciting games when they are released.
Contact Information
If you need to talk to a customer service agent at Ted Bingo, then their contact information is below:
- Email – support@Helpbingo.com
- Live Chat – There is a chat bubble on site
They haven’t got an FAQ as such, so self help isn’t the order of the day here.
The team have always been effective when I have needed to talk to them, and can adeptly handle most issues in no time.
Although the brand is owned by Rank, the site operates under Broadway Gaming’s license number which is 58267.
