Spectra Bingo Review - Not Recommended

In December 2024 United Commissions (part of the Rank group) sold this brand and others to Broadway Gaming.  Broadway have historically shown predatory practices towards both promotors and players and so we can no longer recommend this brand.  Fortunately Rank still own their own brands and we suggest if you want a good service you look at those, such as Mecca.

Alternative sites on the Dragonfish network:

Spectra Bingo is over a decade old now, so while it might not be one of the famous brands you see advertising on the telly, it has more than proved its worth.

The Spectra brand was one of 888’s old bingo sites, so when they sold their bingo assets to the Broadway Gaming Group Spectra was included in the package.

Customers won’t have noticed a huge change though, because the Dragonfish network the site runs on was also part of the sale. This means the games and the interface were unchanged, although improvements have been made since then.

This is what makes Spectra and other brands from that group so appealing to players. The changes that have been made since Broadway took over have given fresh life to the Dragonfish network, and bingo fans are seeing the benefits.

Bingo Rooms and Games

Spectra Bingo Rooms

You will find more than 20 bingo rooms available on this site, and although they are all a mixture of either 90-ball, 75-ball, or 52-ball bingo, each room is unique.

In my experience you can find games starting every 30 seconds or so, and even during off-peak times like early in the morning you will find a nice group of players in each room. It means prizes are always decent, very decent during busier times, and there are people to chat to if that’s your thing.

This is all thanks to Spectra running on the Dragonfish network, which has been around for what feels like forever. People know it, people like it, and people use it. A busy bingo network means a better online bingo experience all round.

One of the best things about the different rooms at this site is how diverse they are. You can find free bingo, tickets that cost just pennies each, and at the other end of the scale tickets that cost £1 each. It all depends how you like to play.

If you want to spend small, maximise your playing time, and win small you can. Equally, if you want to spend more for the chance of winning big prizes, you can.

Offers and Bonuses

Spectra Bingo Offers

They are quite good at this sort of thing at Spectra.

The operate a trophy system, where players earn trophies for all sorts of achievements such as depositing, winning certain amounts, getting your first line or full house, playing certain games, etc. There are loads of them.

Then when you earn enough trophies you get a spin on the prize wheel which is where extra goodies can be won like free tickets, bonus funds and other lovely things like that.

There are traditional offers that come along too so there is plenty to work towards.

Depositing and Withdrawing

As a smaller brand, the banking system is kept nice and simple at Spectra.

Here are the options available to you:

Banking Method Max/Min Deposit Max/Min Withdrawal Notes
Debit Card £10 £5 4-7 Days
PayPal £10 £5 4-5 Days
Apple Pay £10 n/a Debit Card

As you would expect, the company have the highest levels of security when making transactions, all your information is encrypted, and money held in your account is protected to a higher standard then they are obligated to provide under the terms of their license.

In other words, you can trust this brand.

Online Slot Casino

Spectra Bingo Casino Games

All bingo sites have some sort of slot casino attached, and Spectra is no different.

Thanks to the contacts their operating company have, you will find many of the top slot titles built into the platform here.

They change all the time so I won’t list my current favourites, but rest assured, if there is a slot everyone is talking about you will be able to play it at Spectra Bingo.

Some are available as side games within the bingo interface and others can only be played via the casino section itself, but all come from developers known for their quality and high standards.

I count around 500 games in total, from classic 3 reel slots to more modern Megaways variations and everything in between. You will see plenty of jackpots to play for and even a few tournaments if they float your boat.

There are no classic casino table games – although most bingo players aren’t interested in these anyway – but you can have a go at Slingo. This is a mix of slots and bingo rolled into one, so if you’ve never used the casino section of a bingo site before it’s a good place to start.

Contacting Spectra Bingo

Spectra Bingo Contact SupportFirst of all, you can view the details of Spectra Bingo’s gambling license by following our link to the UKGC website. Here you will see the status, registered address, and other key information.

This isn’t a huge brand so they keep their support service online only, but you can use email or live chat and the guys work 24/7.

It’s a good system which will connect you to a human being quickly, and from there any issues should be resolved easily enough.

  • Live chat: Onsite
  • E-mail: help@bingosupport.org

I usually use live chat as it’s the fastest, but if you have a more serious issue you might want to use email so you have a record of what has been said.
