They might have been the exciting upstart back when they launched by Jumpman Gaming back in 2014, but these days, Rocket Bingo are an old hand. They have been around for a long time, and their site has developed into something far more accomplished than most others ever get close to.

They maintain their reputation as a pioneer in the online bingo industry though, frequently adding new games and bingo rooms, and never afraid to experiment with prizes or game styles.

For example, they were quick to add Slingo to their roster when it first began gaining recognition, and they recognised the merits of Pragmatic Play’s bingo network and switched to it in order for their players to have the best possible experience.

Rocket Bingo have even won industry awards for the quality and content on their site.

So it’s clear i’m a fan of this site then, and i’m not the only one since they have over 17,000 members, but let’s dig a bit deeper to find out why.

Bingo Games

Rocket Bingo Rooms

You will find around 10 bingo rooms available at Rocket Bingo, and it’s a really healthy balance of game variations that they offer.

You’ll find 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 90-ball rooms, and within that selection each room has it’s own individual touches to make it unique.

Some sites have loads of rooms but basically, they are all the same but with a different theme. This is not one of those sites.

There is a reason you might pick one room over another at Rocket, thanks to their partnership with Pragmatic play, so you can curate your own little list of favourites.

There is plenty to play for too. In fact, over £500,000 is won in bingo prizes each month across the network, and that’s not including the side games/slots which I will talk about shortly.

Tickets can be bought for pennies, and there are more expensive rooms for those who prefer playing for larger prizes too. In fact, Rocket Bingo is one of the better sites for what you might call ‘high rolling’ players. Most rooms have prizes in the thousands rather than the hundreds up for grabs, and it’s possible to have up to 3 rooms open at the same time.

Slots and Other Games

Rocket Bingo Casino

If you want a break from bingo, or you are interested in slots as side games to accompany a bingo session, you’re spoilt for choice.

The site has a fully stocked online casino bolted onto it, with well over 2000 games available from every developer you have ever heard of. There is a colossal amount of content available here.

It’s not just slots either. You’ll find Slingo, live casino games, traditional RNG based table games, scratch cards and instant wins, and loads of jackpots too.

It’s a good job you can create a favourites list!

Banking

I don’t need to expand on this section too much, so here are the essentials:

Banking Method Max/Min Deposit Max/Min Withdrawal Notes
Debit Card £10 £10 2.50 withdrawal fee
PayPal £10 £10 2.50 withdrawal fee
Neteller £10 £10 2.50 withdrawal fee
Skrill £10 £10 2.50 withdrawal fee
Paysafecard £10 n/a Withdraw Other Method, (£2.50 fee)
Pay By Phone £10 n/a Withdraw Using Another Method (£2.50 fee)

As you can see, there are loads of payment options available, although that £2.50 withdrawal fee is a bit of a nasty surprise in this day and age.

Still, the site offers such a good product that many people don’t mind, and if you won 3 figures or more you wouldn’t miss £2.50.

Promotions

Rocket Bingo PromotionsI won’t go into anything too specific here as promotions can change frequently, but Rocket Bingo are well known as a site that is packed full of offers and bonuses.

This really is a speciality, as is true of most Jumpman Gaming sites.

There are three ways to earn extras here:

  • Rewards Wheel
  • Earning Trophies
  • Regular Promotions

The regular promotions will change from time to time, but the prizes they give out are really varied: from free spins and bingo tickets to cash, high street vouchers, and even tech gadgets and accessories.

It’s always worth checking what’s available – they even have happy hours!

Contact

Bingo Customer SupportThere’s a good FAQ at Rocket Bingo so chances are you could solve any issues yourself with a quick search, but if you still need a helping hand, support is available.

Although it’s only available via email:

  • support@jumpmangaming.com

There is an online form too which is the route the company would prefer, although it amounts to the same thing.

I would liked to have seen at least a live chat available here, as their commitment to replying to emails within 2 working days feels pretty slow, but in fairness it doesn’t usually take anywhere near as long as that.

Effectively they have created such a good FAQ to reduce the need to contact the support team in the first place.

Of course, Rocket Bingo have a license from the UK Gambling Commission, and their license number is 39175.
