Rhino Bingo Review
Rhino Bingo are an interesting case, because while their bingo product is excellent, it is not their main focus.
Rhino is a brand run by Playbook Gaming, but the content of their bingo site is provided by Pragmatic Play, a much bigger and more established company.
This means that all of the bingo games are absolutely brilliant, and they run on a busy network used by many other sites, so there are usually plenty of people using the bingo rooms. However, the company behind the brand are quite small, so despite having a great product, the brand doesn’t have the same power and resources as some better known sites.
This is a site where the bingo is about as good as it gets, but it could improve in areas such as banking and support, where things are fairly basic. This means that Pragmatic Play are doing a great job supplying the bingo, but Playbook who own the brand could work harder.
The bingo side only launched in 2024 though, so as the brand strengthens, these aspects are likely to improve. It’s just a balancing act while they try to give customers the best experience they can with the resources they have.
Which Bingo Games do They Have?
Players who enjoy a diverse mix of bingo variations will be well suited to Rhino. They offer rooms with 30-ball, 50-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 90-ball bingo.
If you have been playing for more than a few weeks, you will know that this is more than most sites offer. They are spread across a good mix of rooms too.
Last time I was on there I saw 12 different bingo rooms lined up waiting for the next game to begin, with a new game starting every minute or so as well as some in a few hours and some in a few days.
This is because Pragmatic Play schedule their games to run at different times based on the prizes available. So the big money games will happen less often in order to make them more exciting.
It’s a good way of doing things, because those who want to get on and play right away can do so, and those who want to spend more for bigger potential winnings know exactly when to show up to get that chance.
All the rooms have their own little features, such as extra mini games (Diamond Dazzle has a diamond evaluating take it or leave it offer type element), progressive jackpots, and drop pots where full houses in under a certain number of calls win special additional cash prizes.
It’s one of the most interesting range of bingo rooms i’ve seen.
Website Design and Navigation
Since Rhino is a brand that offers the full spectrum of gambling products, from sportsbook to online casino as well as online bingo, the website is a bit of a beast.
It’s perfectly manageable, but players who are used to dedicated bingo sites might be a little bit bemused by all the options the first time they use it.
All you have to do is log in and click the Bingo link in the main menu, so it’s not complicated, but I know this puts some people off.
It also means the site isn’t as friendly, and once the bingo interface opens inside the main site, it feels a bit disjointed.
However, there are loads of filtering options when browsing the different rooms which is much more helpful than most other bingo sites. Plus, when you actually enter a bingo room everything feels simple, runs smoothly, and looks like fun, so the navigation aspect is only about 5% of your overall experience.
Payment Methods
Banking Method | Max/Min Deposit | Max/Min Withdrawal | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Debit Card | £10 | £10 | 3-5 Days |
As you can see from the very short banking table above, one of the potential downsides to Rhino Bingo is they only accept payments and withdrawals via debit cards.
For me this isn’t an issue as I use debit card most of the time anyway, but I know some people like to use payment methods that keep their bank details out of the system.
Playbook only cover player funds in their account to the minimum required level too, so as I always say in these cases, don’t leave large amounts in your account for any longer than necessary.
It’s perhaps overcautious, but rather that than getting a nasty shock.
The deposit and withdrawal processes are both quick and easy though, so you shouldn’t have any frustrations there.
Contacting Rhino Bingo
You can’t access customer support from the bingo interface itself, you will have to close it and use the main website to find their contact information.
Sadly though, all you will find is an email address, as this is their only method of customer support. They have an FAQ too but that hardly counts as customer service.
That isn’t great, especially considering practically every bingo site has at least a live chat service available. Nevertheless, the contact details are as follows:
- Email – Customerservice@rhinobet.com
- @BetRhino
That Twitter (or X) handle isn’t technically for support but it might be worth trying if you are struggling via email.
You can check the status of Playbook’s UK gambling license at any time by visiting their page on the UKGC website. Their license number is 50122.
