What a lovely little site Panda Bingo is. It’s proper cute.

I know that logos, branding and design aren’t exactly the main attraction when bingo players sign up to a new site, but I genuinely went “awww” when I first saw the home page.

Panda Bingo is one of Grace Media’s brands, so it runs on the Pragmatic Play network. Anyone who has been around for a while will know what that means: a user friendly interface, loads of bingo rooms, and loads of great slot games to compliment.

Grace Media favours simple sites with lots to offer, but they always put the bingo first, so if that is all you are interested in, Panda could be the site for you.

Bingo Games

Panda Bingo Rooms

The Pragmatic Play network are renowned for their large portfolio of bingo rooms.

They cover 30, 75, 80, and 90 ball variations and lots of them too. Each room has its own individual features, whether that be ticket prices, win patterns, jackpots and prizes, and of course each room is lightly themed – they don’t go too mad with themes here.

A few games that stand out from the crowd are Animingo, which uses animal faces instead of numbers and includes a pick game, and Big Bass Bonanza Reels, which is linked to the slot of the same name. Most follow more standard practices, but games like Bingo Blast and Diamond Dazzle include an additional feature which changes things just enough to make the game unique and interesting.

The reason Panda Bingo can offer such a wide range of game types is that Pragmatic Play are one of the best bingo network providers in the industry, as well as one of the most adaptable. Brands can request bespoke bingo rooms as well as making use of the network’s pre-existing ones.

It’s also worth noting that players can run up to 3 bingo rooms at the same time using Panda Bingo’s interface, so your session can be as action packed as you want it to be.

Customer Support

Spectra Bingo Contact SupportYou can’t really argue with a support service that operates 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Yes, even on Christmas Day!

Especially not when they can be contacted via:

  • live chat
  • an online contact form
  • SMS text messages

There are different situations where you might choose one of these options over another, but no one could accuse Panda Bingo of ignoring their customers. They are most definitely easy to reach.

The FAQ section is pretty good too. I know we tend to be lazy and go straight to live chat, but honestly, most of your queries could probably be solved more quickly if you used their FAQ. It’s really useful, covers every angle you can think of, and even invites you to give feedback on whether or not you found the answer helpful.

This is a very good look for Panda Bingo.

Their licence number is 57869.

Depositing and Withdrawing Money

Banking Method Max/Min Deposit Max/Min Withdrawal Notes
Debit Card £5 £10 £1.50 fee withdrawals under £30
PayPal £5 £10 £1.50 fee withdrawals under £30
Pay By Phone £10 n/a 30
Bank Transfer £5 £10 £1.50 fee withdrawals under £30
Trustly £5 £10 £1.50 fee withdrawals under £30

This is the only area where some players might be put off.

The reason? There is a £1.50 withdrawal fee, but only if you try to withdraw less than £30. Now for me, that’s irrelevant because I never withdraw less than £50 anyway, but for those working with very small budgets this could be an issue.

It’s a shame because the minimum deposit is only £5, which those on small budgets would love.

Customer funds are held at the minimum protection level requirement as stipulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

I honestly think most players would be absolutely fine with all of this, and when you consider the flexibility in terms of the number of payment methods available, the banking service is perfectly good here.

Site Vibe and Promotions

Panda Bingo Royal Room

What I like about Panda Bingo is they don’t just rely on Pragmatic Play’s excellent network and leave it at that. They make their site varied and interesting in other ways.

For example, their Royal Room only runs for four hours a few days a week, but during that time the bingo fun is elevated to new heights. Rotating ticket prices (including free games!) comes with different set prizes, and a dedicated chat host runs the show while hosting special chat games for additional winning opportunities.

So there’s bingo all day long, but there are also some extra special games that are worth setting a reminder for.

The promotions are another way they make things extra fun. During February, they had a promotion running whereby anyone who won a game with the number 14 – the date of Valentine’s Day – they got additional rewards. Buying exactly 14 bingo tickets gained you entry into a special jackpot room, etc. These detailed and specific offers make the site feel original, alive, and fun.

They have regular long running promotions too, but even some of them feel extra special. You might end up with flowers on your birthday, for instance.

Many of the promotions are entwined with the way players will use the site overall – those bonus games are effectively promotions, for example. This makes it feel like you are always getting something back, and the site always feel fresh and engaging.
