LottoGo Bingo Review

You get something a little different with Lottogo.
Whereas most bingo sites are either fully focussed on bingo or have an equal weighting towards bingo games and soft casino games like slots, Lottogo throws lotteries into the mix.
There are very few sites that take this approach, so there is a genuinely unique feel to Lottogo. It also gives bingo players the chance to try a few other game types that are on the same level as bingo, but that they will struggle to find at other sites.
The site is owned and operated by Annexio, based in Jersey, but the bingo runs on the Pragmatic Play network, which is a favourite of mine.
Lottogo has been running since 2012 so there is no questioning its status, and even though bingo isn’t necessarily the main event here, it puts some dedicated bingo sites to shame.
Website Design
There is more to do on this bingo site than some others, so it has the potential to be a bit cumbersome. It completely avoids this, though, by neatly arranging the product verticals across a header menu and having a separate interface for each one when selected.
In other words, once you click ‘Bingo’ from the menu, you go to the bingo page and everything there is to do with bingo. There is no confusing crossover or convoluted navigation pathways.
The site has been designed for mobile users first and foremost, which has no doubt helped. It does mean it looks slightly empty sometimes on a desktop, but I would rather that than it be overcrowded.
The bingo lobby is ridiculously easy to use, and there is an option to open up to 3 different bingo rooms at once, too. It’s a great little interface.
Bingo and Other Games
The bingo is limited to 8 rooms, but within that, they have a great variety in terms of game variations and features.
There is 30-ball, 50-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 90-ball bingo available, and all but one of them have a progressive jackpot worth thousands of pounds.
One of the rooms has alternative winning patterns to keep things interesting, some take a more traditional approach with one, line, two lines, and a full house, while others are much more to the point and go straight to the full house with one winner per game taking the lot.
It’s a Pragmatic Play site so we have Animingo, and Diamond Dazzle is another interesting room where an additional Dazzle prize is awarded to the person who gets the full house. So 8 rooms might not sound like much, but actually, they have done a lot with them.
Tickets range from 1p and 2p up to 25p at the higher end.
There are loads of slots on the site too, plus Keno, Scratchcards, Slingo, and a Live Casino if you are feeling extra adventurous. Absolutely loads of content here.
Lotteries and Syndicates
The key thing to understand about lottery betting, is that you are not buying a ticket for the lottery itself. You are betting on the outcome of that lottery.
The process is the same – you pick your balls and put your money down – and the prize is as advertised, but the ticket price is higher.
So why would you do it?
Well, because the site offers lotteries from around the world that you wouldn’t have access to otherwise. The site isn’t ripping you off. They are offering the chance to win hundreds of millions, so they increase the price of each ticket based on the size of the prize pool. Rollovers cost more, etc.
You can also play as part of a syndicate the website will arrange for you. This makes it much cheaper. You will get 10 lines for the price of 1 in this scenario, but if you win, you share the prize with everyone else in the syndicate.
In this way, the outlay is spread out but so are any potential winnings.
Payments
Banking Method | Max/Min Deposit | Max/Min Withdrawal | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Debit Card | £5 | £1 | 90p fee to withdraw -£10 |
PayPal | £5 | £1 | 90p fee to withdraw -£10 |
You only have debit cards and Paypal to choose from in terms of payment methods, but in reality, how many people use all of these other fancy pants type methods anyway?
I certainly don’t. I’m a debit card Daisy all the way.
The £5 minimum deposit is amazing, and although there is not technically a minimum withdrawal cap, it cost 90p if you try to withdraw less than a tenner. This is perfectly acceptable in my book. Transactions cost the business money, and who withdraws less than £10?
In my experience, payments and withdrawals are processed nice and quickly. I’ve never had cause for complaint.
Lottogo can boast medium level deposit protection too, which is above and beyond the legally required minimum, so that should inspire confidence.
Support
Live chat is the only place to go for support it Lottogo. It’s all you really need though, since the agents are very responsive and it’s not hard to find.
The chat starts with an automated bot. My eyes began to roll when I realised this, but after offering you a link to a page that might resolve your query, the bot also gives you a direct link to a live chat agent. It took 3 seconds.
This is the ideal situation. I hate being forced through ineffective chat bots, but this one quickly says hello and gives you a self help option, then lets you through to a human. It’s a perfect balance.
In terms of self help, they have one of the most comprehensive help sections and FAQs I’ve ever used. It’s massive, well organised and categorised, and searchable too.
As you would expect, Lottogo are regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission with the license number 51692, which you can check out for yourself if you would like to.
