New for 2025 is Fruity King Bingo. Well, sort of. The brand has been around since 2015, but only launched their bingo product in 2025.

This is a Progress Play white label running Playtech’s bingo network, so there is a lot of clout behind the brand. Fruity King has partnered with two industry titans and it serves them well, allowing them to offer a great range of the best games, plenty of payment options, and a website that is just the ticket.

They are a good brand for players who enjoy taking part in promotions, there is a rewards program on top of this which creates even more value, and as for the bingo rooms there is great variety including branded rooms and some stonking progressive jackpots – 6 figures in some cases!

It’s a bigger site than most other white label bingo brands, so it would be ideal for players who enjoy other online gambling products alongside their bingo.

Website Review

Fruity Kings Bingo Website

It’s a funny site this one.

If you are not logged in it is a totally different beast to when you are. However, since you can only use the site if you are logged in I will focus on that version of the site.

You can tell it has been designed for mobile users first and foremost. It’s great on the small screen but feels like a giant app if you use it on a desktop. That’s not a dig by the way, it’s very easy to navigate and actually has lots of helpful design features in terms of the layout. It just feels a bit different to lots of other sites, which you might well argue is a very positive thing given how similar most sites are nowadays.

The bingo lobby sort of sits inside the main site, it loads up within it and has its own additional menu bar, so it’s self contained. You could go straight here and never use the rest of the site if you didn’t want to. The games are laid out nicely with all the pertinent information on show before you load them up, and you can view them in categories too if you like: 90 Ball, 75/80 Ball, and Specials.

The only slightly annoying thing is it’s very easy to accidentally overshoot the bingo menu and scroll onto the expanding account menu next to it. So the page sort of jumps around if you do this. Otherwise I had absolutely no issues using the Fruity King website.

Bingo Games Review

Fruity Kings Bingo Games

Fruity King Bingo run Playtech games, and if you didn’t already know, Playtech are one of the biggest software developers in the entire online gambling industry.

In other words, the fact that Fruity runs on Playtech’s network is excellent news for players.

You can expect 12+ bingo rooms most of the time – they frequently update what’s available – and they are all usually busy because Playtech’s network is so big. You can chat to everyone too using the chat room on the right of the bingo game, or play side games using the titles on the left.

The bingo rooms themselves therefore look quite busy, there is a lot to look at, but it’s in no way difficult to get your head around. Most games are 90 ball variations, but there are also:

  • 50 ball
  • 60 ball
  • 75 ball
  • 80 ball

The Deal or No Deal room is always popular, and Playtech make slots tied into popular slots too, like Fluffy Favourites. They can even create totally unique rooms if a site is willing to pay for it. Fruity King hasn’t done that, but the visual design of each rooms seems to be bespoke even if the games are the same.

Slots and Side Games

Fruity King Bingo Slot Games

Playtech also supply much of the slot and casino content here, and this is where the company started decades ago, so their back catalogue is ginormous.

The games offered alongside the bingo rooms within the bingo section have been carefully selected to appeal to bingo players. So think low volatility (more frequent wins but of smaller amounts), think themes that are not too serious, and game features that are uncomplicated.

If you want a larger selection and a bit more variety, perhaps something a bit more adult, you can head to the Casino section of the site where Fruity King showcase their full range.

They have a live casino too as well as traditional casino table games. These may not be for you, not many bingo players enjoy these games, however, the live casino contains game show style games which are much more in line with the style of game bingo players love.

There is even a sportsbook here, but again, only a handful of you will be interested in that.

Banking

Banking Method Max/Min Deposit Max/Min Withdrawal Notes
Debit Card £10 £10 1% fee up to £3
PayPal £10 £10 1% fee up to £3
Neteller £20 £10 1% fee up to £3
Skrill £20 £10 1% fee up to £3
Paysafecard £10 n/a Use Debit Card
Pay By Phone £10 n/a Debit Card
Bank Transfer £20 £10 1% fee up to £3

It’s always disappointing to see withdrawal fees in this day and age, but Fruity King are one of those sites that still has them.

Still, it’s only 1% of the total amount, with a maximum cap of £3. That means it would cost 10p to withdraw the minimum amount of £10, and the maximum of £3 would take a £300 withdrawal.

I think the best aspect of their banking offering is the fact that they support so many options. Fruity King is definitely a good option for people who don’t like using debit cards.

Customer Service Contact Options

Bingo Customer SupportIt’s not the best customer service system out there, but it certainly does the job.

To be fair, the contact options are pretty standard:

  • Live chat – available on site 24/7
  • Email – customersupport@instantgamesupport.com

My only real issue is that the contact information isn’t as easy as it could be to find. You have to go to certain menus to find it. The banking menu is one of them, funnily enough. Why don’t they just make the live chat toggle available all the time?

They have a very good FAQ though. It’s got a lot of answers, explained in detail, and is all categorised and searchable.

You can find Progress Play’s head office address on their UK Gambling license page, as well as details of their license which is number 39335. This is the license Fruity King Bingo runs under. However, while Progress Play are the white label platform provider for Fruity King, they don’t own the brand, so it’s best to contact Fruity directly via the options above.
