BetElite Bingo Review

BetElite isn’t the sort of bingo site your typical online bingo fan would naturally be attracted to. However, for people who like bingo as part of a broader range of games and betting activities, it’s brilliant.
This is one of those full package websites, which offers the three main pillars of all online gambling content: casino, sportsbook, and bingo.
Some bingo players are put off by this, but a growing number of people are enjoying bingo alongside the odd bet or hand of cards, and BetElite will serve those people very well.
To be honest, it would serve people who only want to play bingo well too. The product is fantastic, and the rest of the content on the site doesn’t get in the way, the bingo section is enclosed once you navigate to it.
It’s packed with bingo fun, and although bingo promotions don’t really feature here, the rewards programme is gamified and promises bonus cash as a prize.
Bingo Games
BetElite have chosen Playtech as their bingo game provider, meaning the site runs on Playtech’s network.
This is one of the bigger bingo networks in the industry so games at BetElite tend to be busy which makes them more enjoyable. There is also the benefit of a chat room, which some networks have done away with in recent years. Bingo is still sociable here, though!
You can find 1TG and 2TG prizes, roll on games with extra prizes after the full house, games with mutlipliers for winning inside a certain number of calls, as well as progressive jackpots, some of which are not shared between games. There are a lot of additional game features here which gives each room its own personality.
Deal or No Deal Bingo is always popular with Playtech players, and Fluffy Favourites is another with a large following who enjoy a cuddly twist on the classic 90-ball game.
Most games, though, are 90-ball, 75-ball, or 80-ball variations that more closely follow the original game but have a few extras thrown in. Ticket prices range from 2p to 20p, with free bingo opportunities also available.
It’s a lovely little suite of bingo rooms and more than enough to keep players entertained with choice.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
Banking Method | Max/Min Deposit | Max/Min Withdrawal | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Debit Card | £10 | £5 | 1% withdrawal fee up to £3 |
PayPal | £10 | £5 | 1% withdrawal fee up to £3 |
Neteller | £10 | £5 | 1% withdrawal fee up to £3 |
Skrill | £10 | £5 | 1% withdrawal fee up to £3 |
Paysafecard | £10 | n/a | Use Debit Card to Withdraw |
Pay By Phone | £10 | n/a | Use Debit Card to Withdraw |
Bank Transfer | £10 | £5 | 1% withdrawal fee up to £3 |
Well, if you have diverse payment needs you will be well catered for at BetElite.
It’s very unusual to see this many payment options available at a brand new site, but they have everything from pay by phone, pre-paid vouchers, debit cards and ewallets. They even have the ability to accept cryptocurrency in other markets, so that may come to their UK customers at some point, although there is no official word on that so don’t hold your breath.
Not that bingo players are well known for their use of Bitcoin…
Anyway, withdrawal times are industry standard, deposit minimums are low, and deposit maximums depend on the player in question and their KYC status.
Payment method choices aside, banking is probably an area where improvements could be made. There is a 1% fee on withdrawals up to a maximum of £3, and ok, that’s only 10p in every £10, but people don’t like fees however small they are.
Help and Support
You can usually judge the real quality of a site by their customer support. It says a lot about where their priorities lie, and I’m happy to say that BetElite provide a great support service to their players.
A large, well structured and searchable FAQ gives plenty of information in just a few clicks, and for those questions you need a little more help with, there is a 24/7 support team on hand.
You can contact them via:
- Live chat – available on site
- Email – customersupport@instantgamesupport.com
Annoyingly, you do have to bypass an AI chat bot before you get to a human being on Live Chat, but it gives way very easily.
The team are quick to pick up your query, polite and active, and communicate clearly too – which is a blessing if you have used sites where the team don’t have English as a first language.
You can even upload attachments via the live chat to help get things done smoothly and efficiently, although one oversight is the button to open and close the chat overlaps the attachments button, so it’s quite hard to click!
This is a tiny niggle with the platform, which I am sure they will sort out quickly.
They run on ProgressPlay’s license with license number 39335.
Website and Mobile
Despite not having a dedicated mobile app, the BetElite site feels as though it was designed for mobile use.
On desktop it feels like you are on an app rather than a website, with a main menu that is minimised and tucked away out of use until you need it. It performs slightly differently depending on the product you are using (sportsbook, casino or bingo).
For bingo players, it stays out of the may until you ask it to reappear, at which point you can use it to access support, cashier, promotions, etc.
The bingo interface is built into the website, so once it loads there is no distraction from the other products BetElite have. It’s like a website within a website, so it has its own menu, for example.
When you have opened a bingo room the layout is a bit higgledy piggledy in my opinion – the side games are on the left and the chat rooms is on the right, flanking the bingo games. The proportions feel wrong to me but it’s a matter of taste, the interface itself is very easy to use and the bingo is fun to follow.
You can get to pretty much anywhere you need to go in a click or two so you can be logged in and playing your favourite game in about 5 seconds.
